• Male, age max 45 years old
• Minimum 5 years experienced in a clinic of Mining or Oil & Gas company
• Graduate from Faculty of Medicine, Magister of Occupational Health (MKK) or Specialis of Occupational Health (SPoK)
• Possess Valid STR, ATLS, ACLS and HIPERKES is a must
• Good knowledge of Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene programs
• Good knowledgeof relevant international and national health legislation
• Excelent managerial with strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Computer literacy
