Requirements :

Female, Max 30 years old
Minimum of at least 3 years experience as a Section Head , preferably in insurance companies
Have a good ability in English, Ms. Office, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Minimum Bachelor Degree (all concentration)
Ability to direct the team and have a firm commitment
Discipline, creative, innovative, and have a good interpersonal skill

Qualification :

Has successful story to generate new business and maintain existing accounts/clients.
Maintain existing relationships in order to protect existing books of business

Has experience for manage renewal polis and potential producers that have prospective business that meets the companies underwriting criteria
Provide feedback to the underwriting department to ensure quality service and underwriting standards are maintained
