Must have more than 2 years of experience in senior hospitality management in 3/4stars Hotel
Able to work individually and as a team
Education min S1 Accounting
Computer literacy is a must
Be able to plan, organize and manage the daily operations effectively, as well as having the ability to negotiate with third parties.
Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills
A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional languages is an asset
Ability to work and interact professionally with others and across all levels and functions under own initiative in a highly pressured environment
Willingness to work in remote area.
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office & Hotel System)
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently, mastery in delegating multiple tasks
Familiar with Hotel Accounting System
Familiar with Indonesian Tax Regulation
