Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Mengidentifikasi perlakuan pajak dari setiap invoice-invoice yang masuk sebelum dilakukan pembayaran;
- Menerima dan verifikasi kelengkapan dokumen pendukung terkait pembayaran ke supplier;
- Mempersiapkan perhitungan, rekonsiliasi, ekualisasi serta pelaporan pajak bulanan (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), PPN;
- Menyiapkan ESSP Billing (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), PPN serta memastikan pembayaran tepat waktu;
- Melakukan verifikasi terhadap faktur pajak keluaran dan faktur pajak masukan;
- Menyiapkan faktur pajak pelanggan;
- Melakukan kompilasi data faktur keluaran dan faktur masukan;
- Melakukan pemeliharaan terhadap database perpajakan;
- Menyiapkan Laporan Bea Materai bulanan;
- Menyiapkan Surat Ijin Bea Materai;
- Menyiapkan Surat realisasi pemakaian Bea Materai;
- Menyiapkan pengajuan Surat Keterangan Bebas PPN untuk setiap pembelian barang modal;
- Melakukan pemeliharaan terhadap seluruh filling data perpajakan (pajak air, PPh, dan PPN)
- Mempersiapkan semua dokumen untuk keperluan pemeriksaan pajak.
Persyaratan:
- Pendidikan S1, diutamakan Akuntansi/Akuntansi Perpajakan
- Memiliki pengalaman menangani perpajakan;
- Memiliki pengalaman mengoperasikan computer;
- Dapat bekerja dengan target;
