Responsibilities :

• As A Client Principal Contact On Design & Project Management Matters
• As Lead Of Team / Principal Or First Assistant To Project Manager
• Has A Basic Knowledge On Interior Design, Detailing & Material
• To Manage & Coordinate On Site During Construction Stage Of All Consultant Suppliers, Building Management & All Contractors Involved In The Project
• Know To Prepare Project Schedule, Progress & Curve S
• Have Skill To Prepare Project Budget Estimate And To Record All Variations During Construction
• To Prepare The Project Final Account & The Final As Built Drawing, After Completion Of Project

Requirements :

Positive Attitude And Results Oriented, Strong Communication Skills And Leadership Quality

• A Minimum Experience Of 5 Years In Similar Position
• A Recognized Degree (S1) In Interior Design Preferred
• Posses Good Computer Knowledge And Skills Of Cad, 3d Max, Power Point , Ms Project And Photoshop
• High Creative, Self Motivated, Hard Worker And Should Be Able To Work Under High Pressure And Long Hours To Meet Deadline
• Customer Satisfaction Oriented
• Required Language(S): English And Bahasa Indonesia
• To Attach Reference Of Completed Project Reference And Job Description Of Each Project
