CORPORATE LEGAL MANAGER Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Law
• Minimal 3 years experienced Legal Manager
• Fluent in English
• Having PERADI certificate
• Based in Sudirman office
• Corporate Consultant Experience such as:
• • Understand about Negative List (max share ownership for investment in Indonesia)
  • Contract review (agreement, MOU)
  • BOD/BOC minutes meeting, shareholder minutes meeting
  • Labor Law
  • Corporate practice (investment, company law (AD/ART), Antitrust law
  • Compliance /Business conduct / license for business
  • Having license as advocate
  • Experience in managing litigation process (in court, bankruptcy) – optional
  • Networking such as: Processing document at BKPM, Dept. Perdagangan, Dep. Perindustrian
