PRIME Consultancy is appointed to identify a Finance and Operations Manager located in Jakarta for an international industrial cleaning equipment company. The company was established in Germany in 1935 and focused on hot water high pressure cleaning devices. Today the multinational manufacturer has a product range of 3.000 products and is represented worldwide. The local office in Indonesia is looking for a Finance and Operations Manager located in Jakarta. We are looking for a candidate that is able to oversee finance and operations functions, who has a good understanding of the industry and strong analytical skills. In this position you drive operational excellence through efficient processes and partner management to steer the business towards sustainable growth. Responsibilities:
• Act as strong Business Partner to General Manager
• Functional reporting to region CFO
• Oversee finance and operations functions, including accounting, credit administration, taxation, IT, liquidity, payroll and internal control
• Management reporting and preparation of presentations for business reviews and board meetings
• Financial forecasting and budgeting
• Support management to drive operational excellence through process improvements and controlling of key performance metrics
• Ensure effective (currency) risk management
• Liaise with company secretary, bankers, auditors and tax agent
Requirements:
• Degree in Finance/Accounting
• At least 7 years work experience with at least 2 years as Finance Manager
• Previous work experience in a MNC is a definite advantage
• SAP FI CO knowledge
• SAP Business Warehouse knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Very good analytical skills
• Able to handle tight deadlines
• Able to interact successfully in a matrix environment
