Responsibilities:

1. To provide on-site user application supports to customers and colleagues by visits, phone calls, email communications and hands-on.
2. To constantly take up initiatives to study new products and new technologies aligned with existing product lines or current market trends.
3. To assist sales personnel throughout the sales cycle in terms of products knowledge and applications, from presales to the end of the cycle and after sales supports:
   1. Presales:
      Demonstrations;Power Point presentations;In depth technical discussions;Propose total solutions in relevant fields;Lead the compilation of applications and marketing materials for relevant customers or users;Hold teleconferences – with users or principals whenever applicable.
   2. After Sales:
      Applications training (Presentation on technology relevant to instrumentation prior to hands-on section);Hands-on training (Hardware and software);Troubleshooting;Answering user queries on experimental.
4. To hold user meetings, workshops, seminars to update products information on instrumentation and chemistry.
5. To troubleshoot problems related to instruments, software, and reagents and experimental designed.
6. To connect and integrate available or customize technologies to cater customers' needs,take lead in scientific discussions, analyze their needs and match them with our offering products.
7. To achieve set targets by extensive coverage within territories and imparting products education to existing and new users.
   To perform any other work as and when required.

Requirements:

• Education / background: Bachelor Masters Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Material Engineering , Metallurgy.
• Familiar with operating laboratory instruments.
• Min 2 (two) years experience in Scientific Industry / Laboratory Instrument Industry is preferred.
• Know / expert about corrosion, energy, fuel cell, imaging, chemical analysis is preferred.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal and communication skill.
• Excellent team player and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job.
