As part of the group directives to build a coherent IT delivery and development centre, Logistics portfolio is seeking an achievement-oriented and self-motivated candidate with proven project management track record to fill a key role as:

IT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The incumbent is responsible to seamlessly onboard customers into a vast landscape of IT Logistics products and services across multiple geographical locations.
  • Maintain global systems and local application availability to support business in country.
  • Review and suggest automations for processes to improve performance of various functions in alignment with Infrastructure and Application team, as well as to lead customer onboarding and CFS/warehouse implementation.
  • Enable smart procurement and request funding for IT related purchases to bring value to the company in terms of delivery and cost savings. 

 

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in IT /Computer Science or a related discipline. Professional certificates will be an advantage.
  • At least 10 years working experience in IT support field, 2 years involvement in warehouse operation or supply chain management /operation
  • Experience in scope, timeline and cost management
  • Experience in financial and accounting management
  • Experience in customer/business stakeholders communication and management
  • Experience in system support subject matter experts (SME) coordination for deliverables
  • Experience in EDI functional mapping for development team to perform design
  • Knowledge of both EDIFACT and X12 communication standards and protocols
  • Relevant SDLC experience with exposure in enterprise software development is a plus
  • Experience with Logistics operations or technology is a plus
  • Technical and operation knowledge on barcode scanning and printing
  • Prior experience in land transportation will be an added advantage
  • Able to deal with ambiguity, Customer focus, Negotiating, Organizing, Problem Solving, Time Management
