• Max. 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree from reputable university, majoring in Psychology preferably
• Min. 3 years experienced in the same position
• Able to communicate with people of all levels and possess good interpersonal skill
• Capable in Administration, filling, Correspondence and document
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Responsible, hardworker
• Able to work independently, initiative, proactive in resolving problem
