• Developing strong key client relationships to ensure projects are well-managed and profitable.
• Managing accounts which include workflow, quality control, budget control and invoicing.
• Generating and developing new business across all sectors.
• Bringing fresh ideas and emphasis to their core qualitative offering.

People business

• Leading and inspiring project teams by providing coaching and training to the team members.
• Working closely with the regional team.
• Implementing new strategies to allow the group to work efficiently.
• Contributing and building the company culture and morale by developing the culture building initiatives.
• Supporting the directors in maintaining a healthy positive team spirit.

Process and Execution:

• Providing the team with up to date research on strategic trends to determine how these could impact the organisation.
• Conducting market research, industry trend, competitor and customer research.
• Identifying the right target market to unlock the insights which will create values between the brand and customers.
• Using the research results to provide understanding of the place of the brand in customers' mind.
• Using different methodologies such as digital, film, trends and ethnography, and converting them into useful insights.
