As an Interior Designer IKEA Business you will secure relevant, functional, aesthetic and commercial business furnishing solutions in furniture layout planning proposals made to IKEA BUSINESS customers that position the IKEA Brand as the leader in life at work and lead to a higher average ticket and conversion rate from IKEA BUSINESS clients.

YOUR JOB

• Maintain and enhance a deep knowledge of people's life at work and translate this knowledge into relevant functional, aesthetic and commercial business furnishing solutions.
• Provide furniture layout plans that surprise, inspire and are commercially attractive to business customers, encouraging the timely execution of the project whenever possible.
• Provide furniture layout plans that support and enhance IKEA brand.
• Balance the requirements of individual clients with the need to serve as many clients as possible, by adhering to business rules about service levels and company efficiency expectations.
• Act quickly to exploit commercial opportunities and remain closely conscious of how actions can affect IKEA BUSINESS's financial results.
• Actively seek post-project feedback from a range of clients.

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid knowledge in interior design and strong sense in Home furnishing the IKEA way.
• Understand life at work in the local market research.
• Understand interior design and trends that influence business furnishing.
• Strong IKEA product knowledge across range areas.
• Experience of selling to customers by understanding their needs and able to address their concerns.
• Ability to provide professional and smart furnishing solutions to customers.
• Competent with computer-aided drawing (CAD) software and design software such as Photoshop and InDesign, Sketch up as well as MS Office.
• Demonstrates ability and knowledge to construct MEP schematics in Auto-CAD
• Creativity, imaginations and artistic flair good communication and listening skills good color sense and an eye for detail and aptitude for illustration and technical drawing to demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks excellent problem-solving skills an understanding of building construction.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
