General Manager Telecommunication PT Qdc Technologies

Jobs Specific & Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, direct, coordinate,  personnel, activities, and budget concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems
  2. Participate in the conceptual development of construction of telecommunication project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
  3. Directly involved in directing and managing project delivery, including defining project scope, labor requirements and schedule, specifying deliverables, estimating and controlling project duration, effort and cost, create detailed project plans and manage change requests.
  4. Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
  5. Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
  6. Responsible for deciding on the proper construction techniques as well as scheduling the construction operations into logical and detailed steps.
  7. In charge of labor related issues, including supervising the hiring and termination of employees.
  8. Takes care of securing the needed permits and licenses for projects as well as ensures complexes are built to meet safety codes and regulations if their contract includes this responsibility.
  9. Ensure final report of project cover all aspects in detail.
  Requirements:
  • Male
  • Minimum of 7 years experience as General Manager preferably in the OSP FO IBT project
  • S1/Bachelor preferable in Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering
  • Having wide-range network/ relationship in Telecommunication Company
  • Having experience at the same position in construction company
  • Excellent presentation skill
  • Have flexible & nice personality
  • Persuasion skill
  • Negotiation skill & Demonstrated high levels of oral and written communication skills.
  • Good leadership skill
  • Ability to build good relationship with customers / clients
  • Ability to motivate team in achieving target
  • Good knowledge of project control methodologies and techniques
  • Working knowledge of Contract Management
  • Integrity, selflessness, strong commitment, persistent, responsible, honest, highly motivated, challenging, willingness to learn, good team work
  • Proven ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Willingness to go and / or placed in locations throughout Indonesia
  • Solid public personality  and ability to confidently represent the company
