• to facilitate and take minutes of meeting using the latest online meeting facilities/media
• to assist the sales and implementation team with administrative tasks, i.e., proposal, contract, bid preparation & project documentation.
• data entry, translation and internet research.

• Relevant degree (Bachelor/Strata 1) with GPA 3 or above from any discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experience in IT company will be a big plus
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and a quick learner to computer systems
• Good personality, self-motivated, well organized, able to work under pressure, and trustworthy
