Our client, a Freight forwarding Company, is urgently seeking for:

COUNTRY OPERATIONS MANAGER (FREIGHT FORWARDING) Requirement:

• Requires a strong understanding of how a business operates and successful candidates will have a proven track record demonstrating their understanding and business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management leadership and both written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 10 years working experience in Freight forwarding, PPJK and marine offshore projects related matters
• Will be based in Jakarta but must be able to travel for business related matters.

• Will be responsible for managing all operations at all branches within the country (Indonesia). This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, and quality targets for all branches
• Produce business performance reports, on a monthly or quarterly basis for all branches
• Producing a detailed annual business operating plan as well as monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue and profit
• Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training together with HR Department
• Client facing and so daily contact with clients, therefore the ability to communicate effectively is essential
• Being in charge of many areas of the business at branches such as moving service, global mobility and records management
