Job Description:

• Create, collect, and analyze production sample to evaluate quality
• Analyze quality control test result and provide feedback and interpretation to production management
• Monitor performance and quality control system to ensure effectiveness and effeciency
• Maintain relationship and sharing information to all relevant departements
• Monitoring staff productivity in quality control and analytical procedures
• Participate in product development specification
• Review statistical studies, technologies advance, or regulatory standards and trends in the field of quality control
• Identify critical points in the manufacturing process and specify sampling procedures to be used at these points

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must be possess at least a Bachelor Degree from Food Technology/Nutrition, or equivalent
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in related field (incoming-finished good)
• Good knowledge in food production quality control, food processing, HACCP, GMP
• Applicant must be willing to work in Balaraja
• Full time position available
