• Education :Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or any related field
• Experience: External : 2 years in managerial functions in pharmaceutical companies
• Internal : Refer to career path requirements

Technical Competencies    

• Good analytical skill and can assess opportunities and competitor behaviour
• Skill-full in planning tactics and approach, negotiating and closing the deal, networking with customer's organization and maintaining the relationship
• Demonstrated ability to select and develop high potential people as well as demonstrated ability to utilize both internal and external tools and resources to assist HCR in maximizing result
• Understanding of financial principles and how to manage budgets
• Skilled in Excel / Power Point and other appropriate software
